Thank you for choosing Stallion Mattress. Each mattress is handcrafted with precision, using premium hybrid materials designed for long-lasting comfort and support. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within [14 days] of receiving your mattress.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The mattress must be in good, undamaged, and hygienic condition.

  • The mattress must not show signs of misuse, stains, or structural damage.

  • The product must be returned with all included accessories (if any).

  • The mattress must be within the return window specified above.

Note: Due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our products, opened mattresses may not be eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged mattresses

  • Mattresses with stains, odors, or misuse

  • Custom-size or special-order mattresses (unless defective)

  • Pillows, protectors, or bedding that has been opened


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: [14 business days]

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

If rejected, we will return the mattress back to you.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • A product damaged during delivery

  • An incorrect item delivered by mistake

We will replace the mattress or arrange a repair based on our quality assessment.


5. Shipping Costs

  • UAE returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping or pickup fees unless the item is defective.

  • International returns: Customers outside the UAE are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


6. Damaged or Defective Product

If your mattress arrives damaged or if you believe it has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will inspect and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns and follow the policy above.
